Haruhayate" (India Pale Ale), which was first released last year and was well received, is now being released with a new recipe.
Haruhayate" is a single-hopped IPA with a fruity flavor that fills the mouth like a strong spring breeze, and a moderate body and clean bitterness that makes it a very drinkable beer.
Haruhayate" is usually written as "spring gale," but inspired by a line from the French poet Paul Valéry or Tatsuo Hori's "The Wind Rises," we coined the term "haruhayate" as "dashing" for "standing" in "wind" and "dashing" for "standing" in "spring.
