Strawberry Wheat Ale, first brewed last year, is being released this year with an even more "strawberry" flavor.
This slightly sweet and sour fruit ale is perfect for spring and is made with "Yotsuboshi" strawberries grown in Higashimatsuyama City, Saitama Prefecture, where COEDO Craft Beer Brewery is located.
The "Yotsuboshi" variety, named for its delicious sweetness, acidity, and flavor, is a high-sugar, flavorful variety. This year, we used more Yotsuboshi than last year to give you more of its delicious flavor.
The smoothness on the palate due to the use of wheat malt and the refreshing sourness of strawberries are pleasantly harmonized, and the mild bitterness is refreshing to the palate.
The beautiful red color of the strawberries in the glass is one of the charms of Strawberry Wheat Ale.
