How to order

1. Add the items to the cart.

Select the items and add them to the cart.

Check the "Are you over 20 years old?

If you would like double wrapping, please check the box.
(Double wrapping means that the package is wrapped with a plastic film and the shipping lable is affixed on it.)

If you would like to have a Noshi gift sticker, please select the name of the gift.

If you would like to specify the delivery date or time, please type in the remarks column.

2. "Checkout" to proceed to the purchase procedure.

You can register as a member. (this will make it easier for you to place future orders, such as registering your shipping address)

3. Enter the shipping address.

Select or enter the shipping address. If you are entering a new address, please select "Specify a new address" and enter it.

For Amazon Pay users
There has been a problem with shipping purchaser information being combined. Please enter the correct purchaser information in the remarks field or contact us by e-mail.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

4. Enter payment information

You can choose from the following payment options.

Credit card, Amazon Pay (not available at the moment), Convenience store payment, Bank transfer, Pay-easy, Smartphone payment (QR code)

5. Enter the billing address (purchaser's information).

(Not required if you are using Amazon Pay)

Please enter the purchaser's information.

6. Complete your order.

Please check your order details and click the "Pay Now" button.
Your order is now complete.
You will receive an order comfirm e-mail.

Delivery

We will ship within 7 business days from the date of order.
*Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays, Golden Week and Summer vacation periods, and Year-end and New Year holidays.

Shipping date

If you purchase 2 or more items and combine them with items that have a fixed shipping start date, such as limited-edition items, they will be shipped according to the latest shipping start date.

Prefered delivery date and time

We accept date and time requests for delivery within 7 business days after the date of order.
If you have a prefered delivery date and time, please type it in the remarks column when you place your order.

You can choose from the following delivery times.
Morning, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 19:00-21:00.

Please note that the time may not be available in some areas, such as islands and mountainous areas.

Handling of products that require refrigeration

Some of our products require refrigeration. This is because the yeast has not been removed by filtration, and the quality of the product is likely to change under room temperature.
After receiving the product at home, please keep it in the refrigerator.
Also, please avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight when you bring the products outside.

Cool delivery may not be available in some areas.
