Saison style beer with a mild sourness and spicy aroma.
New Zealand-grown Motueka and American-grown Jaryllo hops are used as aroma hops to give the beer a sweet, tropical fruit aroma.
Plums (Shirakaga) grown by Yamaguchi Farm in the Koshu area of Saitama Prefecture, known as one of the three largest plum groves in the Kanto region, are soaked in glacial sugar to extract the extract, which is then added to the tank during fermentation to give the beer a refreshing plum aroma.
