About Citrus Junos | 柚ノ酸について
かつては柚子のことを「柚」「由」と表現し、「イズ」「ユノス」と読んでいたそうです。その後、「柚酸」と書いて「ゆず」と呼んだとされています。『Citrus Junos（柚ノ酸）』は、果汁感を出すために、生柚子を皮・果肉ともに使用し、ラクトースとオーツ麦で飲み口の柔らかさを表現しています。

Citrus Junos is the scientific name for yuzu. In the past, yuzu was expressed as "yuzu" or "yu" and read as "isu" or "yunos. Later, it was written "yuzu acid" and called "yuzu".
In order to create a sense of fruit juice, fresh yuzu is used for both the peel and pulp, and lactose and oats are used to express softness in the mouthfeel. The gentle sourness and fruit aroma give the beer a slightly sweet taste that can be enjoyed by those who have never tasted a sour beer before or by those who do not like sour beers.
Enjoy Sour ale with a slightly orange color and a slightly thick mouthfeel with citrusy yuzu in the tropical aroma.
