Winner of the 2021 Saitama New Product AWARD Grand Prize and Global Award!
Since its first release in 2019, "Natsuhate -Natsuka-" has been released as an Autumn Seasonal Fruit Ale, refining the recipe every year.
This year, we have increased the amount of pears used compared to last year, adding more delicacy, juiciness, and depth to the Japanese pear.
Higashimatsuyama City in Saitama Prefecture, where COEDO Craft Beer Brewery is located, is one of the leading pear-growing areas in the prefecture with a 60-year history.
The "Saidama" pears used in the brewery are a variety characterized by their large, stately appearance, yet elegant sweetness and freshness. It is grown in the Tohei area adjacent to the brewery.
